Because our apparel items are produced on-demand specifically for you, billing occurs at the point of order placement rather than at the time of physical dispatch.
If you need to cancel or amend an order before production begins, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement at hello@wagge.shop. Any returns or refunds requested after delivery are handled in accordance with our statutory Return Policy.
