At Wagge, your satisfaction is our priority. All products are quality-checked before shipment. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wagge.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind (UK Cooling-Off Period)

For online purchases, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

* Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@wagge.shop
* Return the item(s) within a further 14 days of notifying us
* Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
* We will refund the full purchase price plus standard delivery costs within 14 day of receiving the return
* Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty
* We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Please note: our products are made to order. Once production begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to cancel.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@wagge.shop with your order number and photos.

You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@wagge.shop and we will process it at no charge.

Order Cancellations

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@wagge.shop. We will do our best to intercept the order before dispatch, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

* Gift cards
* Custom or personalised orders
* Opened or used products
* Sale/final sale items
* Change of mind (outside the 14-day cooling-off period)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

If you haven't received your refund:

* Check your bank account again
* Contact your credit card company - posting can take a few days
* Contact your bank - there is often a processing delay
