At Wagge, we are proud to operate a sustainable, made-to-order model. Every item is printed and produced on-demand right here in the UK. We do not carry mass inventory, your items are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.
1. Total Delivery Timeline
Because our products are made-to-order, your total timeline from the day you place your order to the day it arrives at your door consists of Order Processing/Production Time + Delivery Transit Time.

Order Processing & Production Time (Handling): 2 to 3 weeks (10 to 15 business days). This includes printing, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging.

Delivery Transit Time: Once production is complete, your order is dispatched via our carriers.

Standard UK Delivery: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Express UK Delivery: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Estimated Total Time from Order to Your Door: Approximately 12 to 20 business days.
We will keep you updated via email throughout this process and will notify you immediately if there are any unexpected production delays.
2. Shipping Costs & Carriers
We partner with reliable UK carriers including Royal Mail and DPD UK to ensure your order arrives safely.

Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of £100.00 and up.
3. Order Tracking
Once your bespoke piece has completed production and is handed over to the courier, you will promptly receive a dispatch email containing your tracking link. If you have any questions regarding your tracking status after receiving your dispatch notification, please reach out to us at hello@wagge.shop.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Because our production line operates on-demand, we can only accommodate order changes or cancellations if your item has not yet entered the physical printing and production process. Please email hello@wagge.shop immediately if you need to request a change.
5. Items Not Received
Your order is our responsibility until it is safely in your hands. If your tracking link states your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours or designated safe spaces. If it remains missing, contact us directly at hello@wagge.shop. We will handle the investigation with the courier on your behalf to arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Taxes & Duties
The prices displayed on our website are the final retail prices. There are no hidden taxes or fees added at checkout for UK orders. For any future international orders outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country's customs authority.
